Our portfolio is focused on investment, real estate, innovation, leadership development, and construction. W.J. Palmisano (WJP) was founded as a construction company focused on the greater New Orleans area. Today, we have evolved into a collection of brands based in New Orleans and Nashville focused on the built environment and in supporting the overall mission to Build a Better World.
The strategy to support our mission will take on many forms, building and growing through acquisitions, investments, and innovations. We seek to vertically integrate across a broad spectrum of service offerings including development, design/VDC, preconstruction, operations, self-perform, manufacturing, logistics, equipment, direct manufacturer buying, warranty, maintenance, and customer service.
Our team is made up of a highly engaged group of seasoned professionals. We are creators who believe that what we build drives the growth of our cities and that in order to fulfill our mission, we must constantly challenge the old way of doing things.
